We built the ATS we wanted to use.
AtsIcloud is made by Resource Innovative Technologies LLC, a US IT staffing company in Rock Hill, SC. It started as the internal system for our own recruiting desk.

For years we ran our IT staffing desk on a well-known ATS, three spreadsheets, a shared mailbox and a lot of copy and paste. The ATS held the candidates. The spreadsheets held the margin. On a Monday morning nobody could say for certain what was going to bill that month.
So we built one desktop app that takes a requisition through submission, interview, placement, timesheet and invoice without switching systems, and tracks compliance and immigration against the same records.
Then we added AI where the paperwork was: drafting requisitions from JD emails, screening candidates against the req, writing the outreach and summarising the reports. And we built a Chrome extension, because that is where the sourcing actually happens.

Built on a real desk
Every module is there because one of our recruiters or our finance team needed it. Nothing was added because it looked good in a demo.

One record from req to cash
The requisition, the submission, the placement, the timesheet and the invoice are linked. Nothing is typed twice along the way.

AI that shows its working
Drafts and scores wait for a person to accept or change them, and the reasoning is attached. Nothing sends by itself.

Meet recruiters where they are
Our recruiters spend the day in Gmail, LinkedIn and Dice, so the software needed to be there too. That is why we built the extension.
