The app keeps a SQLite database on the desktop, so filtering a large candidate pool is instant and the app keeps working if the network drops. Changes sync to the cloud so every desk works from the same records.

Role-based access control
Roles and teams decide who can see rates, margin, invoices and compliance documents. A recruiter sees their desk; a manager sees the team; finance sees the money.

Audit log
Every change to a record is stamped with who made it and when, so a disputed submission or a changed rate can be traced back.

GDPR tooling
Candidate records can be exported or deleted on request. Consent and retention are tracked on the record itself, not in a separate spreadsheet.

Your AI keys, your data
AI runs through a gateway set up with your own provider accounts. Your records are never used as training data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cloud sync runs over TLS to your own project.
